A proven Real Estate professional and a Realtor®, Hayley Townley has been licensed since 1989. In addition to Real Estate, she has an extensive background in sales and marketing. She and her husband, Tim, are both Broker/Owners of Comet Realty, Feng Shui Certified, as well as Green Certified Leaders for Real Estate Professionals.
Hayley spent several years focusing on first time homebuyers, as she was retained by one of the Central Coast’s residential developers. During this time, she gained extensive knowledge about the county’s Affordable Housing Program. Guiding her clients through the maze of this very involved transaction includes the initial interview process, the application stage and qualifying their income, and more importantly, their approval.
In addition to the sales aspect of your real estate transaction, Hayley is Feng Shui Certified and knowledgeable in staging your home to make it sell faster. She now designs rooms for clients on a part time basis, via word of mouth. This is just one of the many different personal touches Comet Realty can add to your transaction.
